Meet the founder of Colorado Gourmet Club
Your chef and instructor, Barbara Avery, founder of Colorado Gourmet Club, worked as a professional cook and owned a personal chef business in Omaha, Nebraska. She was a guest chef on Mesa County, Colorado’s, television show Suppertime Solutions on which she showed viewers how to prepare entrees in 30 minutes or less. She is a published food journalist whose feature articles have been carried by Cox News Service.
Unlike formal and expensive cooking classes, you get to choose your what you learn to cook. You can chose one of CGC’s gourmet menus, or request a custom menu based on occasion,
dietary preferences, or whatever suits your needs or fancy to cook, eat, and enjoy.

With Colorado Gourmet Club, you decide when you want to have your cooking lesson and which guests you would like to invite. Times are
available days, evenings, and weekends. Private lessons only are also available in your home.
